Badiya Nails LLC operates this shop. These pages explain shopping through this website. Check the listing, selected options, final total and applicable shop policies before paying. Contact us if anything is unclear. Purchases made through Etsy follow the terms presented for that Etsy purchase.

Designs, fit & custom requests

Handmade details and screen colors can vary. Check the listing photos, sizes and measurements carefully and ask for help before ordering if unsure. This does not remove the remedies available if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

A saved design or a conversation is not a paid order. Custom requests receive an individual quote. Review the design, must-have details, options, price and production estimate before approving and paying. Material changes should be agreed in writing in the request conversation.

Fit concerns and cancellations are handled under our Returns & refunds policy. Read the return terms disclosed for your order before payment; ask the studio about any custom-set exception.

Payments, shipping & problems

Payment is processed through Stripe. The final checkout shows charges before you pay. Keep your order confirmation. See Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds for timing, cancellations and remedies. Contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect.

Your photos, inspiration & honest feedback

Upload only content you have permission to use and avoid sharing private information about other people. Inspiration is a reference for discussion; it does not establish permission to reproduce another person’s artwork, logo or trademark. We may need to agree on an alternative.

You keep your rights in your submitted content. Sharing a private inspiration photo does not grant blanket permission to use it in advertising. Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews or penalizes you for sharing your experience.

Getting help & your rights

Please contact us so we can investigate a concern. These pages do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, impose mandatory arbitration, or exclude responsibility for unsafe or misdescribed products. Policy changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier order.
