Our return & refund policy
Returns & Refunds- If you don’t like your items or they don’t fit, email badiyanails@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and which items you’d like to return. - Items must be unused and unworn, with no glue or adhesive applied. You may gently check the fit without attaching them. - Return shipping is free. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. - Send your return within 3 calendar days of approval. Please pack the items securely. - Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are unused, we’ll refund the returned items to your original payment method. - Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing badiyanails@gmail.com with your order number. The design and painting process begins after that first 24-hour window, so routine cancellation requests received later cannot be accepted. This does not limit your return eligibility or any cancellation or refund rights that apply if we cannot fulfill your order as promised.
