A little clarity, with care ♡
Cookies & storage
Sign-in cookies
The customer workspace uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, normally for up to eight hours. The private staff Studio uses a separate session cookie; staff can choose a session lasting up to two weeks after authentication. Signing out ends the relevant session. These cookies are used for account security rather than advertising.
Your saved bag
Your browser’s local storage remembers design selections and quantities in your bag. Typed order notes and custom measurements are not included in that saved bag. Local storage may remain until you clear it or the shop clears it after a confirmed order. Clearing site data can empty your bag and sign you out.
Optional Pinterest previews & other providers
Saving a Pinterest link does not automatically load its widget. Choosing Load Pinterest preview contacts Pinterest and shares technical information such as your IP address; Pinterest may use its own storage. You can leave the preview unloaded. Visiting Stripe checkout, Etsy, Instagram or another linked service is subject to that service’s own privacy and cookie practices.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or saving your bag. Contact us with questions about how this website uses your information.
